25. Mr. Pond, I found you on the net. I have since ordered one of Keely’s books. I also have a book by Walter Russell. In your web presentation you state that the sine wave is made up of positive and negative waves with a neutral center. The outgoing wave you state is positive (male), and incoming or compression wave is negative (female). In Russell’s book, “A New Concept of the Universe” on page 16 and 20 he states that the expanding pressure is negative and the contracting pressure is positive. I am confused. Can you help me to understand what this is all about? I like Russell’s book and agree on many issues that he presents, but I am at a conflict with the negative and positive information. 27. Have you ever encountered in any of your or Keely’s work, laws or characteristics regarding the pitch (in the sense of an angle) relating to the fundamental or neutral center? I am going off the assumption that all motion is spiral, therefore in a simple sense the gyroscopic spiral (conical if you will) will follow a given angle in each subsequent gyration.. just curious. I would also assume that a replicated (but transmuted) spiral will be generated at harmonic internals of the fundamental where the preponderance changes..
28. I have been researching and testing free energy devices for several years and one of the persons who really fascinated me is a Canadian called Daniel Pomerleau. I never met him in person but I talked to people who saw his demonstrations and I think that they are real. My attempts to replicate his devices and to power them with my mind utterly failed. Not even a small voltage could be recorded. On your blog (http://sympsionics.blogspot.com/2008/03/daniel-pomoleau.html) you wrote that "All force is mind force." That is a nice but how do we use it? Pomerleau seems to know it. But how can we learn this? Do you have any idea?

Q1: What is SVP?
A: SVP or Sympathetic Vibratory Physics is the general field exploring the fundamental physics and phenomena of sound and vibration as these work in and through all known material and energetic matrices which includes Mind, Matter, Spiritual and their intimate linkages. SVP explores the harnessing of Mind Force in machinery as Keely did.

Q2: What university teaches SVP?
A: I don't know of any formal universities teaching anything like SVP. However there are some good engineering schools that deal in vibration, quantum acoustics, general acoustics, mechanical engineering, Quantum Entanglement, music, quantum mechanics, quantum electrodynamics, etc. Some of those I thought interesting are

Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio
Temple University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
University of Pennsylvania
Vibration Institute education, training and certification

There are a number of trade schools, professional societies and commercial organizations that specialize in acoustics, sound and vibration, non-destructive testing, sonar, etc. Check these sites under Test and Measurement.

Q3: How do we become more sensitive to vibrations?
A: To become more sensitive to vibration we need to 1) learn to meditate and listen within; 2) learn what vibration is and 3) train ourselves to be sensitive to those higher realms. These items have to do with our conscious awareness. Learning the facts or science and knowing the wisdom behind the science.

A good place to begin these processes is learning what vibration really is:

"There is a celestial mind force, a great sympathetic force which is life itself, of which everything is composed." Keely

"All motion is thought, and all force is mind force." Keely, Keely and His Discoveries

All motion is mind force. Therefore all vibration is Mind in activity within the etheric and interetheric realms. We can study the physics of those motions and we can study the source of them. Modern science knows only descriptions of the manifest motions (effects). SVP digs after the source and cause.

Q4: How does one measure the frequency or vibration of an element?
A: Over the years I've been asked this question many times. The answer to this question is not simple and not entirely known at this time (October, 2010). However, we can can begin at the beginning with what understanding we may have at the moment.

Exciting the specimen and reading its responses is the better known method.

Frequency or vibration is not as simple as orthodox science would have us believe. A frequency is generally considered the rate of vibration. Vibration is a linear concept as shown, for instance, in Keely's Scale of Forces. But, according to Russell's view, vibration is in actuality a composite of at least eighteen interrelated dimensions or attributes. Take way any of these dimensions or attributes and the wave is not complete. This being the case a rigid or exclusive measurement of frequency alone is incomplete and therefore misleading. It is an incomplete data-set.

The requirement then is to account for all the eighteen interrelated dimensions or attributes. This would yield a more complete data-set and hence be closer to the truth of what the element is in actuality.

Russell called this concept the wave and wave field as he wrote in Wave Fields - Summarize and Simplify.

An element is therefore a resultant of these eighteen dimensions or attributes considered as a whole or matrix. We know this to be true by the simple analogy of a middle C sounded on a trumpet and on a piano. While the fundamental pitch of the tone is middle C we hear something more. This 'something more' is attributed to the overtone series created by each instrument. The overtone series is different being comprised of a different set of overtones in each case. An overtone series is created by virtue of what is vibrating being in turn resultants of material, density, mass, etc. These properties are some of the dimensions listed by Russell. Unless and until these are all taken into account the vibratory nature of whatever element may not be known in an SVP meaningful way. See Eighteen Attributes or Dimensions

Q5: Did Keely's original dynasphere rotate?
A: Yes, of course. See Keely Spinning Motor and 19.07 - A Modern Wizard The Keely Motor And Its Inventor

Q6: So Atlin is for spiritualizing the world?
A: Partly, there is more to it. It is also to help us learn the science and about ourselves. See Atlin Purpose and Atlin messages

Q7: Was this the purpose of Keely's dynasphere, too?
A: Keely was developing an entirely new science. Building dynaspheres and understanding their physics was a part of that process.

Q8: What is the input of the dynasphere is it really chords?
A: The "input" as you call it are the celestial and terrestrial forces also mental forces from those close to it. (Acoustic) chords were for excitation and establishing specific acoustic fields having specific properties.

Q9: Is it like when i would sit in front of Atlin in deep meditation that i would hear their sounds and feel their warmth and that i can grasp some complex content out of that?
A: Some people do and some do not. It all depends on how open you are to intuitive input.

Q10: And i have another question have you guys thought about replicating Keely's air-ship antigravity motor, too?
A: Yes, I've thought about it. Such a device is currently beyond our capabilities. See Air-ship

A: I believe such a device would be far more complex than simple conical coils. Whether or not such coils would interact with gravity is unknown. The best way to answer your question is for you to do the fundamental research and experiments. See Levitation

A: The stick pins are actual locations of existing individual dynaspheres. There are five dynaspheres now (2/2011) in existence. I'd like nothing better than to make more Dynaspheres and have them placed all around the globe. Such a project would require appropriate financing and support. Q13: What about rotation of the Dynaspheres?
A: The Dynaspheres are not solely about rotation which is a small part of their overall purpose. See Atlin's Purpose.

Q14: Might I ask with all the research and current knowledge of the apparatus and science behind the invention, what has stopped you yourself from utilizing it?
A: The project is not yet complete in terms of understanding thoroughly of its technology and development of those persons directly and indirectly involved.

Q15: Are we missing gaps in knowledge that would make the machine function correctly?
A: Yes, that is it plus awakening and personal responsibility.

Q16: Is there an issue of parts?
A: Some parts could use some "tweaking" but generally it is complete.

Q17: I am curious at the present point in history what problems have you come up against - where do we need to go from here to make this technology either complete or available to the public?
A: First the general public needs to awaken to personal responsibility for themselves and their future. People have this strange idea they can sit back and do nothing while others will work and rescue them or dump amazing technologies into their laps. They have to get involved and show some initiative.
Second these awakened ones need to support SVP in all ways possible especially financial, (donation or subscribe) and/or sharing the work load.
Third the psychopaths need to be removed from controlling the world, banks, industry and governments.

Q18: What is your opinion about the accuracy of the wikipedia entry on John Worrell Keely?
A: It is very disturbing to read the wikipedia write-up as it contains some truths but mostly opinion of someone who does not understand Keely or his work. The material is mostly historical as far as it goes. That my work is relegated to footnotes says a lot about the personality who edits that page. Those who are truly interested in Keely and SVP will find my work and go from there.

Q19: Is there a word/phrase that you can think of that describes the spread or effect of vibration on each other?
A: It is the Transmissive Vibration (as opposed to Creative or Attractive Vibrations) that travels in Sympathetic Flows or Currents.

So any of these will work:
Sympathetic Transmissive Vibration?
Sympathetic Transmissive Resonance?
Sympathetic Transmissive Propagation?

Q20: How come Atlin and any other finished machine aren't out in the public yet? If its in working condition how come you haven't got this thing out there being put to use like a motor and do whatever else it could do?
A: I can only speak for Atlin and not for "any other finished machine". It is NOT yet working. It is available for people to visit here so it is "out in (available to) the public" and not hidden away.

A: People have been brainwashed to NOT look at such things as Mind Forceand a Greater Consciousness. Therefore they are afraid to consider such things. But that is changing. See P.E.A.R. Proposition

A: Yes, the positive/negative terminology is confusing. This seeming contradiction is briefly explanation at these two links that I hope will straighten this out for you: Positive, Negative

A:1- Hands-on building helps us learn about

• a. SVP - a broader subtler physics
• b. Ourselves and Mind Force

2- Encourages people to ask questions and be open to new concepts.
3- Coalesces an harmonic field that may be entrained with or not.

• a. What is the nature of this field?

4- This harmonic field can at times interact sympathetically with its environment.

• a. How is that possible?

5- Provides a healing environment; mental, physical, emotional and spiritual.

• a. So what then is disease? healing? health?

6- Modulates (harmonizes) the global noosphere.

• a. How can that happen?

7- When the physics is better understood the Dynasphere will physically rotate and provide shaft-power.

• a. What makes the Dynasphere rotate is the same set of dynamics that makes the Earth, stars and atoms rotate.

A: It is a given orbital paths are elliptical and ecliptic. The angles change according to relative energy along a progressive evolution of differentiation from a keynote or Center. Walter Russell discussed this in his "The Universal One". Also it is more than he discussed and is vastly complex but the ideas are simple yet many. It would be an interesting study to develop - assuming one had time.

Q28: How do you use Mind Force?
A: The nature of Mind Force is complex. As there are two fundamental levels or types of Mind Force we must understand the difference. There is the Whole Mind mind force (undifferentiated) and the split mind mind force (differentiated). The split mind force is of the ego, intellect or willfulness and is a false force that cannot be used for these purposes. The other Whole Mind mind force may be said to be of the Heart. This undifferentiated Mind Force is what Keely and others used. Study on these fine concepts and know the difference. The Whole Mind sets you free of 3-D constraints while the split mind binds one to illusion and limitations.

Q29: Is a sonic boom an example of air compressed to the plane of zero curvature?
A29: My guess is it is NOT "air compressed to the plane of zero curvature" because the plane of zero curvature is first a vacuum neutral state. In a sonic boom the air is first compressed to the 4++ condition (contracting, heating) then it rapidly expands (cooling) towards the "plane of zero curvature" causing condensation in the air.
